I recently hired this company. Let me first start by saying, wow! They are awesome in every way. I was having furniture delivered, getting some interior painting done and needed my carpets cleaned before arrival of the furniture. Between the painters and furniture delivery, the window for carpet cleaning was very small. I had a time set with costal but the painters needed more time. I unfortunately had to cancel. However, a rep from costal called me back and was able to schedule a time very early in the day that worked out perfectly with my scheldule. I'm bad with names but the carpet tech that came was very knowledgeable and did and amazing job. He even moved the couches around to make sure the entire carpeted area was cleaned. Once he was done he took the time to rake the carpet. Ive never had that done before and now the carpets look even better then when we first moved in. I will now be using costal exclusively for all my carpet cleaning. Don't forget to ask about their other services. They have a list that may surprise you. Thanks again!!

I called them early in the morning and his wife answered the phone I'm guessing she's his assistant and made the appointment and he came by the same afternoon I have an elderly adult parent that happen to have an accident on the floor he looked at it didn't say a single word and said no problem sir I'll get this taken care of.......he cleaned the whole house and spent over an hour and a half cleaning a double wide trailer I was in the business years ago and I know this gentleman did is absolute best and has really good tools and highly recommend him again and again

We have a beautiful print sofa that has been passed down from my mother that had quite a bit of dirt on it from my dogs so wanted to get it cleaned before moving it to my daughter's apartment. Gregory came out as scheduled and did a terrific job of getting dirt and odors out. He was very conscientious of using the proper care and spending the extra time on the really stubborn stains. Communications prior to and after their service is exemplary. I love supporting small local businesses and the care, professionalism and courtesy shown by this business owner are to be commended. Fully recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them again.

Heard great things about Coastal Carpet, I meet Deshaun a few months ago and he is a great professional. I am using his services for the first time on Wednesday, can't wait to have my carpets cleaned like new and fibers restored! I will post a follow up review with how great the job comes out!
