My name is Bill. I am the owner of Vortex Heating & Cooling. I have been in the HVAC industry for 23+ years. Or I could say the HVAC industry has been in my life & in my family for 23+ years. I started at my Dad's AC company, in the warehouse, to get my feet in the door. I continued to climb the ropes, learning all the ins & outs of each position. Eventually, I opened my own AC company. I’d recommend saving yourself some time and going with Vortex. They did an awesome job on replacing our old ductwork and ac unit.

Bill's first response was "I can help".
Arrived at the beginning of his time window, quickly diagnosed the issue, while taking time to answer my questions and explain to me what he was doing along the process. He managed to replace only the component that was faulty as opposed to trying to sell me an entire unit which is what many other established brand companies will do.
I will never call another company so long as Bill and his company are available. He was amazing, extremely courteous, wasn't annoyed when I asked questions and ultimately resolved the issue at a really competitive rate. Stop your search here. Bill is your guy! The tech was on time, did what he was hired to do, as well as explained what needed to be done and showed me the results. he also cleaned up after himself.
After completing his job he pitched their a/c business which I thought completely appropriate. We would have them again and recommend them.

On the job training is some of the best training there is! Growing with the industry is a BIG bonus! All our technicians are EPA certified and NATE certified technicians who are always learning to be able to assist our customers.
