Overall, the cleaning was a major improvement from where my home was before. The house smells amazing, and the floors, bathrooms, and bedrooms looked significantly better. The cleaner clearly put in a lot of effort, and I was impressed with the quality of the work completed. The only issue I experienced was the pricing and expectations regarding the scope of work. I was originally quoted $240, and then $280 with appliances and laundry included. I was reassured there would be no surprises or additional charges. After inspecting the home, the price was increased to $350, which I understood and agreed to given the level of cleaning needed. My disappointment was that the laundry was not completed, both beds were not made and the sheets were not cleaned, and the kitchen was not fully finished. I was then told these remaining tasks would require another visit for an additional $300. While I still honored the agreed-upon payment, it was frustrating to have to complete some of the unfinished tasks myself. Despite these concerns, I was genuinely impressed with the cleaning that was completed and the overall transformation of the home. I would be interested in trying a maintenance cleaning service in the future, as the work that was done was very well executed.
