Steven is my hero! I've had a number of computer repair techs over the years, Steven is the quickest, most knowledgeable, and most generous with his service of all of them.
He came to my house shortly after our initial phone conversation.
He fixed my hard drive problem which wasn't a hard drive problem at all even though my PC kept telling me it was. It was malware, which Steven suspected in our short phone call. As a bonus, he initiated my new tablet and he synched my PCs, all under an hour.
