I’ve honestly never left a bad review in my life, but this experience was extremely disappointing. We scheduled this job about a week and a half in advance around a specific date that the contractor selected. The night before the job, I sent a confirmation text to make sure we were still on schedule, and he confirmed we were good to go. To help make the installation easier and more convenient, I personally removed multiple 85” TVs from the wall ahead of time and prepared the entire space for the project. The morning of the job, I sent another confirmation text. At 9:00 AM — with the appointment scheduled for 10:00 AM — he once again confirmed everything was still on. Then at 9:10 AM, less than an hour before the scheduled start time, he canceled the job entirely. I understand emergencies and things happen, but the last-minute cancellation after multiple confirmations and the amount of preparation on my end showed a major lack of professionalism and respect for my time.

We do offer discounts to our first responders and health care professionals. As well as veterans. The discount is usually 15%
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually it starts with me thanking them for the opportunity. Them I’ll ask for some pictures and give them an estimate of off that. For bigger jobs I prefer in person estimates
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was homeschooled so pretty much everything I learned came from my dad being homeschooled allowed me more time to work with and learn from him
