Introduction: Suncoast Fitness Repair is a Veteran owned business for fitness equipment repairs, assemblies, and moves. We pride ourselves on offering value, communication and excellent customer service. Originally founded in 2016 as Fix Fit Services, we recently moved to Florida and changed our name to Suncoast Fitness Repair. We work safely and are have flexible scheduling, including weekends. We really enjoy working with people and providing solutions to problems outside their area of expertise.

This job turned out to be more than either Jason or I expected. As he got into the job, he realized we needed more parts for the treadmills. He drove an hour to get here that day and then had to come back a few days later. He quoted me a price which he stuck to while expecting 2-3 hour job. It ended up being a 2DAY job! I ordered the extra parts. Jason tracked their shipping and when they were delivered, he made it top priority to repair the treadmills. He is working very hard to build his business on professionalism and value. I would encourage anyone to give him the opportunity to work. You will not be disappointed!

Jason showed up on time serviced the treadmill was knowledgeable and honest. And best of all the price he initially quoted was the price I payed. Will definitely be using going forward for all my fitness equipment needs

Elliptical was moved incredibly fast and efficiently. These guys know the equipment backwards and forwards and are true professionals at disassembly, moving and reassembly. Highly recommend and would hire again in a heartbeat!

The price quoted is accurate as long as the information provided by the customer regarding the job is accurate. The quote does not include state tax.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate with customers and find out what the problem or project entails. Communication is key. I like to gather information so I can research possible solutions and parts if a piece of equipment needs repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years experience in fitness service and repair and 25 years experience in the fitness industry. Fitness repair is a highly specialized field and there is not much in the way of formalized training. I just have an inherent knack for understanding machines and electronics.
