- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price quoted is accurate as long as the information provided by the customer regarding the job is accurate. The quote does not include state tax.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate with customers and find out what the problem or project entails. Communication is key. I like to gather information so I can research possible solutions and parts if a piece of equipment needs repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years experience in fitness service and repair and 25 years experience in the fitness industry. Fitness repair is a highly specialized field and there is not much in the way of formalized training. I just have an inherent knack for understanding machines and electronics.
