What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based on coming to me I will bill out at 25.00 per hour. Going to you within Hernando County is 35.00 per hour. All others need to call me for rate. Please mote that if a repair taks less then 10 min's at my location I will only ask for a donation
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a AS Degree in Computer Information Technoligy. I have been working in the field since 1993. I am one of the oraginal instructors of the Hernando Computer Club
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all customers. No issue or job is to small or big. We always look to find the best solution for you.
