arrived on time which was great. alot of things were missed on the list that was provided. they went back in to correct the issues and we did not recheck and things were still not corrected. it took several hours to complete the job and we feel if it was more than 2 people perhaps it would have been done quicker and thoroughly. this was a large home that was completely empty and only required a move out deep clean. in hindsight we should have rechecked the areas again but our moving company was arriving. very nice people and probably could handle a smaller job site. we've had cleaning services for other properties and these things were not missed. i know they would have fixed the issues had we gone back in but we trusted they completed the work. advice... just make sure you're completely satisfied with the work by checking if there were things that were missed. we ran out of time otherwise we know they would have went back in until we were completely satisfied.

I gave them a 5-star for prompt communication I am not going to use their service because they are located in Springhill and we are in Riverview. I appreciate their quote but will try other companies.

They showed up on time which was great. They were more expensive then other businesses but they seemed to have good reviews so I really wanted a good clean. Everything was picked up beforehand so all I wanted was a deep clean which I stated to them when they got there. I felt I barely got a surface clean. Toilets weren't cleaned, furniture not dusted, floors just swiffered and not actually cleaned. It took them 2 hours to wipe down a 4,000 square foot house. I could have done that myself but I truly wanted a DEEP clean which means scrubbing and getting in those tight areas. That did not happen.
