As it was the first visit, I could overlook the 10 min late start. I was asked if I had my own cleaning products. Isn't that part of the service? I did not provide. Finally, the cleaning started. However, after 1 hour and 45 min, the two-person team had failed to finish half of the house - 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, family, kitchen, small laundry room - laundry, bedding or dishes were excluded from the scope of my cleaning request. I asked one of the two to check on her partner as she had been in my mother's bedroom in excess of 45 minutes. It's not a very large room. Shortly, thereafter, I ended our business and asked them to leave. This type of cleaning shouldn't take 4 hours, which is what their pace indicated. I don't understand why it was taking so long, but I will not recommend nor use again.
