While Savvy Cleans may be newer to the cleaning world, I’m not. Before owning my own cleaning business I have worked over 12 years cleaning for other companies and on the side.

I had a wonderful experience with Savvy Cleans. They were able to accommodate me last minute for a move out. The crew did a great job on the kitchen and bathroom, as well as the windows and floors. Communication was seamless. I would book them again.

It was such a blessing to work with Courtney at Savvy cleans. They did a great Job with our move out cleaning and she was super helpful and understanding with our specific situation and needs. Since I went into labor the same weekend of the cleanin, she offered to go supervise her team herself and make sure things were up to her standards. She then sent me pictures of the different rooms and important areas so I could sign off on the job. The cleaning was so great that I even got my full security deposit back. I will definitely recomend this company.

I had hired Savvy Cleans to clean my mothers house. She is older and it was hard for her to keep up with the bigger or the not daily cleanings like behind the couch, etc. They did an amazing job!!. My moms house had not looked so clean in years and she was almost in tears seeing her home the way it should be again. Thank you so much, it means the world to our family knowing she's in a clean home.

I did not hear back from you with the details requested or any kind of response until yesterday when your appointment was for. The first time she came things were good. The second time was a deep clean, things were not moved and small things were not moved to even to vacuum in my bed room. In the kitchen the small appliances were not moved and cleaned under the stove drawer was not opened and clean in since item were found in it when the pest control person had to removed. Plus they smoked outside and left their cigarette butts and other items like dirty cloths.

Hey Elizabeth, thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry you felt that your second service was not up to your standards like the first. Smoking and leaving cigarettes by our cleaners is unacceptable and will be addressed. We did talk prior to sending out for a second service. Typically we do not service homes with active pest infestations which you were made aware of and that because of this it was discussed that excess clutter on countertops, tables, and floors would need to be removed or placed elsewhere before we arrived to clean and cabinets emptied to ensure we could access these areas. After talking with you about what we were able to do we decided we were willing to come back out after the first service since you were having issues with other companies sending out cleaners who arrived and then decided to leave and other cleaners not showing up at all and this was mandatory for pest control to service your home. We do also offer a satisfaction guarantee with all services and ask after service if you feel there is anything that wasn't done or if you are unhappy with any area so we can address the issues and send someone to correct it at no charge. The stove should have been cleaned and anything else that you felt was not done should have been addressed at that time as well. Please reach out to us anytime to discuss your experience.

We offer first service discounts, recurring service discounts, and referral discounts!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact us for an estimate. Once estimate is accepted provide us with your contact info so we can create a profile in our system for you and then you’ll receive a confirmation text or email within a few minutes after booking. You can also book directly online.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are trained on site before going out on their own. I myself have near 15 years of cleaning background from residential, commercial, post construction clean up & hotels.
