The owner is very responsive with our needs and requests. If we want the grass cut long or short based on the season, he agrees and offers suggestions if warranted. Billing is fair and additional services are priced accordingly. We prefer the ‘yearly’ rate with limited cutting in the hot summer months and more frequent cuts during the rainy season. Definitely recommend.
