The coaching sessions with Lillian really helped me get my life back on track. She not only helped me think of realistic goals to improve the struggles I've been experiencing, but she also helped me hold myself accountable to them. Lillian was a great coach who really helped me analyze my goals and come up with a plan for achieving them. Since being coached by Lillian i've noticed I have a much more positive outlook on things as well as a new set of tools to think about how to build the life I want. Lillian was on time to each meeting and followed up after. Overall, a 5/5 experience and would recommended Sunny Outlook Coaching to anyone in need of a life coach.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free consultation so you will know the coaching process prior to our first session. My pricing schedule varies according to my clients needs. I charge a flat fee for a few coaching sessions or a longer term commitment for the client that is open for suggestions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a consultation with new client's to get to know the client better and go over the coaching process. We then both get our calendars out and set 30-45 minutes sessions about 2 weeks apart so it gives the client plenty of time to accomplish their action plan and to think about what they have learned. We will choose convenient times for both of us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree from Saint Leo University and a Life Coach Certification from QuickStep Coaching Training. International Coaching Federation (ICF) Approved Coach Specific Training Hours. (ACSTH)
