Justin came to our house to prepare our NYE dinner. He prepared our dinner and small snacks for midnight. Dinner was amazing, so delicious! My husband loved it so much, he keeps saying it's the best salad he's ever had. For main starter we had grouper! Very tasty! The midnight snacks didn't last long 😄 Everything was so good! I see cooking as a form of art and Justin is very talented and creative. He's a fantastic cook! We couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Where do I begin? Chef Fields was an absolute joy to have in our home. From the very beginning of talking about the food choices and having our dinner customized to us, to the very end of finishing up the phenomenal dinner he cooked for us….. every single aspect of this experience was beyond my highest expectations. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and Chef Fields made it so special, my husband just couldn’t believe how good every bite was - such fresh ingredients, amazing presentation, and the quality and taste of each course was delicious. We can’t wait to have him back in our home again, we truly had a wonderful evening.

Chef J was amazing. Great to work with before, during and after or event. He worked with our ideas we had and created a menu that exceeded our expectations. All of our guests were extremely satisfied with the nights food courses. Everything tasted amazing. We will definitely use Chef J Fields again.
