Unprofessional. They quoted me a price then came out to look at the job and more than doubled the price. We agreed to the new price. Then the day of installation the owner comes out and tries to triple the price again. Needless to say we did not use their service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a $65 fee for estimates however it is waived if we are given the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As long as the job is no more than a couple of hours, we can do it when we come to assess it. We also offer a 90 day warranty on all our labor.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with residential (houses and condos / apartments) as well as commercial.
