- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off of a percentage of the monthly rental income. In addition, I charge a leasing fee for new tenants and a lease renewal fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically setup a time to inspect the property and go over the details of my services in person with potential owner/investor. I provide a breakdown of the services I provide and why my company is different from other companies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed real estate broker and I have over 15 years of experience in the the following areas of property management: Single Family Multi-Family LITHC Tax Credit Housing New Construction Lease Up Student Housing Mobile Home and RV Park Management
