Sean, was very professional. He went every where throughout the house, inside, outside, under, over. Tested everything and gave a great report on the home. I would definitely recommend Pivotal and use there service again.

I reached out to Sean about doing a home inspection, he was very responsive as I needed someone last minute and he was able to fit me in his schedule. He arrived on time, was very thorough in his inspection and also kept me informed through the process. He even gave me suggestions on simple repairs to the home which I appreciated. Thank you Sean for your services, I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Sean is just great. He found an issue in my roof so I am having it repaired then he will complete my report. I wouldn’t have known there was a problem if he hadn’t inspected. Greatful, plus he’s such a nice person, through and professional. You won’t go wrong if you hire Sean.

Don’t think twice of getting your inspection done with Sean. It was for a home purchase thus time is critical. He arrived early to start the inspection and walked us through his detailed observations. He is very thorough, very easy to talk to and very open to questions; you’ll never feel shy or uncomfortable. What makes it so much better is that he finished the report the night of when the inspection was completed (with lots of photos and specific details). He’s awesome and it will be very hard to find another inspector as DILIGENT, THOROUGH, RESPONSIVE and PROFESSIONAL like Sean. We will definitely recommend him to as many people as we can (that’s how pleased we are with his service!). Thank you so much Sean!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Home Inspection, Mold, Radon, Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, Crime Scene/Truama Cleaning Restoration, Construction

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

After taking architectural classes I found a love for how homes are built. I continued my education with water and smoke & fire damage restoration, crime scene and trauma cleaning restoration, construction, and remodeling. Later, I found out that some inspectors completing home inspections for people I know we're not trained or rushed through inspections. This is where I went to school, received my training, got certified, and licensed. 11 years later, I can go to bed every night knowing that I give each and every client and their inspection my all and know they are happy with my service.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the home inspector is licensed by the state. Look at the certificates the inspector carries. See that the inspector walks through any findings explaining in simple to understand terms.
