Sean responded promptly to my request for a roof inspection and provided emails detailing the progress. He asked me about including a wind mitigation report - I did not know Fl does not require them but it is important information for a homeowner.

Sean is a great guy! He went above and beyond very helpful! Very thorough inspection. He even offered to go back after the power was on so that he could complete the inspection. He found that the roof was leaking and recommended that it be replaced. And said he would go back after the new roof was on to do the wind inspection. His response was very immediate when I called him and always return my calls promptly.

Don’t think twice of getting your inspection done with Sean. It was for a home purchase thus time is critical. He arrived early to start the inspection and walked us through his detailed observations. He is very thorough, very easy to talk to and very open to questions; you’ll never feel shy or uncomfortable. What makes it so much better is that he finished the report the night of when the inspection was completed (with lots of photos and specific details). What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

How did you get started doing this type of work?
After taking architectural classes I found a love for how homes are built. I continued my education with water and smoke & fire damage restoration, crime scene and trauma cleaning restoration, construction, and remodeling. Later, I found out that some inspectors completing home inspections for people I know we're not trained or rushed through inspections. This is where I went to school, received my training, got certified, and licensed. 11 years later, I can go to bed every night knowing that I give each and every client and their inspection my all and know they are happy with my service.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the home inspector is licensed by the state. Look at the certificates the inspector carries. See that the inspector walks through any findings explaining in simple to understand terms.
