I offer bundle pricing when multiple inspections (like a 4-Point and Wind Mitigation combo) are needed at the same time, and I always have a Veteran discount and occasionally run discounts for agents or repeat customers. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I’ll gather a few quick details—usually the property address, what type of inspection you need, and your preferred time frame. Then we’ll get you scheduled and I’ll explain what to expect during the visit. After the inspection, you’ll receive a clear, insurance-ready report (typically same-day or within 24 hours). I’m always happy to answer questions before or after.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Florida-licensed home inspector with specialized training in 4-Point Inspections, Wind Mitigation, and Roof Certifications. I stay current with insurance industry requirements and Florida building codes, especially as they relate to storm safety and roofing systems. Ongoing education and hands-on experience in our region keep me sharp and inspection-ready.
