- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do a project break down for every job, calculating the hard cost for all material, labor, and trash haul expenses and then apply a multiplier for a necessary profit to stay in business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All clients are posted in our CRM, a trained sales team member calls within 24 hours to schedule an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained and certified with the products we install, All employees (installers) after 6 months full time are trained and have OSHA safety 10 and 30 hour cards. CPR and emergency (life safety) training.
