- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in upfront, honest pricing with no hidden fees. We offer free estimates for all properties we serve. Our pricing is fair and reflects the high-quality materials and expert workmanship we provide. We also offer a 10% discount for everyday heroes, including teachers, first responders, military members, and healthcare workers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free, no-pressure estimate where we evaluate your system and discuss any issues or goals you have. If the controller is accessible from outside, you don’t even need to be home. Once you approve the work, we schedule the repair or upgrade at your convenience. During service, we explain what we’re doing and offer tips to help your system run more efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Certified Irrigation Technician through the Irrigation Association (Certification ID #260430). I’ve completed advanced courses at Rain Bird Academy, including irrigation design, installation, scheduling, and water efficiency — totaling 44 CEU hours. I’m also Florida Water Star certified, which focuses on water conservation and sustainable landscape practices.
