I had previously called two "experts" from big companies to come and take a look at my issue. Both stood me up, making me lose time out of work and money. I posted my issue here and Douglas replied almost right away. He agreed to meet me at a specific time and date. He was in the area sooner and I was able to meet him at that time. He got my issue fixed and within half hour everything was great. He even told me how that issue came to be so that it does not happen again. I think that it was also decently priced. I had a price in my head and it made the treshold more or less, and I know most big companies would have tried to cash in. He helped me replace a solenoid on a sprinkler valve. I would recommend him 100%.

We just moved into our house and had to have 4 of our main sprinkler lines fixed. Doug and his son fit us in and came out within 24 hours to repair everything. A few days later, we found another issue in the back of the house after ripping out some hedges, and they were just reliable and came back out to fix that as well! Highly recommend!

Within 1 hour of messaging, Douglas was able to come out, assess the system, replace 4 sprinklers, several heads and adjust the others. Also provided some friendly suggestions on how to better optimize. I would ABSOLUTELY do business with again!
