What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost I do not park on the driveway unless I have to I always wear shoe covers so I don’t track dirt in and before I get to the issue I like to ask questions about the home to get a brief info then go over the issue and give my straight forward price
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been plumbing since I was 8 years old my father started this company so that’s how I got started
