As a business owner I was struggling to manage my business and increase profitability. I had tried many different options including hiring someone to analyze my business but none of them helped. Then I found Accountability Now and business coach John Brunty and it changed everything. John listened to me and came up with a plan to figure out where my issues were. He even brought in a colleague Kristy to look at my quickbooks and we determined that my pricing model was not right and that I was not making the profit percentages I needed to run my business. With the help of a new spreadsheet and John's guidance I was able to turn things around and now I am profitable and free of debt.
