Thus will be my forth time in 2 years using portable dog grooming and i have to say the other groomers ripped my off they never groomed my dog like this company my dog its finnally clean 100% happy

It was not Will pets who showed up , that is who I hired. A company called Honey pets showed up, so I’m not sure if these companies are subbing the work out. With that being said, he was on time and he did a good job, in my initial conversation via texting I explained both dogs have anxiety and one in particular would be very nervous, I usually groom my dogs myself but do to a recent hand surgery it was not possible no one other them myself ever gave them a bath or groom. Everything went fine with the first one, the second one stressed pooped in the van and he charged me an additional $25 . This can’t be the first time this has happened and it was never disclosed that if there was a problem I’d be charged . I offered to clean it up. I totally understand why grooming a dog cost a lot of money because I from my own my dogs are large doodles and it as $180 each plus a tip the n the additional $25. I even got him another customer my neighbor that same day. Over all I was happy with his service, but I thought a different company was showing up and I didn’t like having to pay extra for what he called extra care
