I have a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University and I am completing my Bachelors in Hospitality Management from Florida State University.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cooking at home when I was 12, I got my first cooking job at14 and I have loved everyday in the kitchen since then.
