Robert did a renovation on my condo that I am selling. The foundation sank and the outer brick walls as well as some of the inner dry wall had cracked because of it. He was able to patch all of it and made it look like new. Additionally he painted the entire condo, updated all the outlets and switches plates for them, installed tile in the bathroom, re grouted the shower, pit in a new toilet seat, new facet in bathroom plus he hung all new window trim (drapes and rods) for me. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
