William was literally GOD sent!!!!
We had a downed line from a tree on a neighbors property. I called FPL due to the downed line thinking they were going to come in repair the line. They deemed the wire hazardous and cut off our power with no notice. They told us to find an electrician! We called numerous electricians that told us a permit would need to pull and this would take at least a week for the permit. I then contacted Ocean Home Builders. Williams was prompt, responsive, knowledgeable and treated my family with urgency! He came out completed the job and pulled an emergency permit for us in one day! I could literally cry right now! Please use him for all your home needs! I will hire him over and over again!

Very professional and diagnosis was very accurate; however the repair costs is not practical since it is equal to the original cost of the generator.

Very helpful as he assessed my situation through immediate communication and pictures….. we figured out that I didn't actually need his services so I will save him for future use… Honesty like that the text is rare these days so I appreciate his candidness and saving me money.
