I went to thumbtack at 9:17, I got an answer from Tim at 9:20. I explained to him how I had had someone to come out 31 days ago.....and my dryer still wasn't fixed. I was still waiting on the service guy to return....with a "new" part. Tim showed up 1hr and 20 mins later......put the dryer back together and turned it on and it worked........!!!! I am thrilled........not only was he there when he said he would be........he was half the price of the first service call I had..........!!!! A+++++ Mary Corbett
