Introduction: I'm an educated Private Chef with 20+ years of experience now serving the Sebastopol, CA area. My culinary degree is coupled with a health and wellness education from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Additionally, I am currently studying the essentials of sport and exercise nutrition through The Precision Nutrition Institute. Staying abreast of the latest in nutrition science is a lifelong journey for me that I will simplify for you! If you have food sensitivities or you are working with your doctor to improve your health, I'm happy to work hand in hand with your nutritionist or physicians. I'm passionate about utilizing local, seasonal ingredients. I'm grateful that I get to create something delicious and exciting every day and I share my enthusiasm with the folks I cook for. My days are positive and my food is bright, creative, forever evolving and loaded with stories from your local farmers and their successes! I'm happy to introduce you to your local farmers. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$50/hr, with a 6 hour minimum. The cost of food is additional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will first do a phone interview to determine if my service are an appropriate fit for your personal needs. Next we will schedule a home visit to meet face to face, discuss your needs in more detail and create a more detailed quote. We can schedule your start day from here!

Institute for Integrative Nutrition/Health and Wellness Coaching Certification. Precision Nutrition/Essentials of Sport and Exercise Nutrition. Currently working on a BA in Psychology.
