- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are a combat wounded veteran, we will build your fence for free. Period.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to find out what the customer needs and give them a fair price per foot over the phone. If they agree to that price I will meet with the customer and measure the job and give a final exact estimate for the entire job. We never take payment until the day we show up with materials to do the work then we take 1/2 the payment that day. The other half of the payment will be collected after the job is completed and cleaned and a walk around with the customer to make sure everything looks perfect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the Carpenters Joint Apprenticeship Program and became a journeyman carpenter.
