- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TruBlue offers Quarterly and Monthly House Care Plus plans that include seasonal and monthly to do list chores. Clients that are on the Quarterly or Monthly House Care Plus programs get priority scheduling and a 10% discount on other handyman services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we start with a phone call to discuss the work to be performed. Some cases may require an on site visit to ensure all details of the project are taken into account (i.e. unusual room configurations, high ceilings, ground conditions for exterior projects). Customer will be provided with an estimate for approval prior to starting any work on the project.
