We use our eight-step feel home process when staging or redesigning a home.
When staging a home for sale, we create emotional connections that make a buyer feel at home, and desire the space. Staging is pure economics. Statistics show professionally staged homes sell faster, and for more money. The price for staging is always less than the first price reduction.
When redesigning a home, we focus on making the home owner feel at home, and create an environment that they can love, and is personalized to them.

Mrs. Kristy Brown has helped my family and I not only in selling our home but also in the purchasing of our new home. I had tried to sell my previous home without the use of a Realtor until I realized I wasn't accomplishing anything except getting myself frustrated. She helped us pick out our wall colors that fit my personal rustic style and gave us designer advice on home/room furnishings and stylish themes. Overall, Mrs. Brown has proved herself to be an honest, motivated, personable, and knowledgeable Realtor with true integrity. If I ever move again or should need to sell, she will be the first one I call!

Kristy has so much to offer buyers and sellers. She is very professional, informative, on time, and responds to phone calls immediately. She not only is a realtor but has a degree in interior design and stages homes for sale. She not only sold our last home but she guided us in choosing colors and furniture. And then at the sale she showed us how to stage the home for sale. Everyone that walked into the home "loved" it! It sold quickly. She works with you to meet your needs whether it's on a small scale or large scale, with your things or new things. We can't wait to close on this new house and get her help in making this house our home. I highly recommend using Kristy Brown! She has lots to offer!
