First off, I am a clean freak! I recently bought my home and had family stay with me for a couple of weeks. I was so busy entertaining that I couldn't keep up with the house during their visit. I promised that I would treat myself to a good cleaning after they left. I found Thumbtack by browsing the internet and came across Pristine Clean Solutions. I read the reviews and saw the ratings, so I reached out. Darlene was an absolute pleasure to talk to and she understood my needs. I wanted my cleaning done within the next couple of days and she was able to satisfy my schedule. Laura, the technician who arrived at my house, was delightful. To say the least, she did a FABULOUS job. She moved and cleaned under beds, dressers, area rugs, tables and chairs. My walk in shower has glass windows and needed a good cleaning and she nailed it! My wood floors were FULL of dust and cat hair and it was spotless after Laura left. She took her TIME and I saw the dedication and effort she put into her work. It felt SO good to come home to a CLEAN home! I am not one to leave reviews, but I had to express my happiness with Pristine. I am pleased by their work and I will definitely use them again in the near future. Thank you Pristine!!!

Darlene was absolutely wonderful! Very attentive and stays on top of everything. She handled the cleaning of our home that had been empty for a very long time. Services included exterior power washing, carpet cleaning, and deep interior clean. When we walked in, it felt like home immediately :) She's awesome!

Darlene's communication is the best I've ever experienced with any cleaning company (and I've hired multiple through Thumbtack). We had a phone call before my first cleaning where we discussed exactly what I was looking for, and that made me feel confident that I was hiring a true professional. Her company does biweekly cleaning/wash & fold/minor organizing.

Gabriella spent five hours today doing a deep clean on my condo. She throughly cleaned out my fridge and freezer, scrubbed down the whole kitchen and both bathrooms. She even had time to clean the sliding glass doors, dust, windex and vacuum. There was not a dog or cat hair anywhere by the time she was finished. I will be scheduling her on a regular basis. Darlene was very prompt on answering all my questions beforehand and worked with my crazy schedule. She checked in before and after the cleaning to make sure I was happy. I am estatic! This was our first time getting the house cleaned. We have an extremely busy work schedule and have guests coming into town! I spoke with Darlene and she was understanding of my schedule and when I need the house cleaned. Darlene accommodated to my needs. Laura came to the house, was punctual and very professional! She had a bright personality, and made sure the standards were up to par. We were looking to have someone come clean the house once a month, and proudly decided that we will schedule Laura every month!
