What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The state of Florida requires any licensed real estate agent must complete continuing education every 2 years. This allows for updated rules and regulations to be fresh in our minds while conducting real estate transactions.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to work in the real estate industry after many years working for large corporations. Being able to manage my own time is efficient and very satisfying. I work hard for every customer, and I'm happy to be of service.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I help owners effectively market their properties, by informing them on current market conditions. Also, when working with buyers helping them make a well educated purchase either for a first time purchaser or with seasoned buyer.
