Judi did not do the job she was hired and paid for ($200).
Because of that, I had to pay my landlord an additional $190 to do what Judi had agreed to, and was paid to do.
I've asked her to cover my cost of the additional cleaning, but she does not return my texts.
I am beyond dissatisfied and out $390.

Ellen left her 1 room studio in a filthy condition - You paid me Ellen to clean the apartment that took me close to 6 hours to clean ! I spent 1 1/2 hours on the fridge alone! The rugs were wool with no additional backing on them which means that the water would have gone straight to the wood floors and ruined the floors - those rugs needed to be removed to another area to be cleaned and in fact the wool rugs should always be professionally cleaned - I did the job you hired me to do and in fact the compensation was not enough in the end- I should have insisted on seeing the place before agreeing to the price - that's on me however and live and learn - I also am out the money for the steam cleaner and the solution ($51 and change) had I cleaned those rugs and left them sitting on wood floors you would be paying a whole lot more to restore wood floors
