- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a contingency basis. That means you do not pay us up front. Instead, our payment is a percentage of what we collect on your behalf.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to have an initial meeting face to face with our new clients. We need to get to know you, and also it is easier to handle paperwork when the meetings are in person.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research. Look for an experienced professional who has succesfully represented members of your community in the past. And look at the reviews. Google reviews, Yelp, and Avvo are good starting points.
