Peace & Clean was excellent. I moved to another city, and I needed packing, unpacking, and organizing. They were very precise, worked quickly, and carefully packed and unpacked everything. They also did an amazing job organizing my place. They were very thorough and meticulous, and make sure that everything was organized perfectly. What I liked most about them was that I could literally leave and deal with other move-in errands and come back to my new moved- in home. They adhered to any preferences I mentioned, but they also made smart organization decisions without me having to guide them. I'm very happy with their work, it saved me a TONNNN of time, reduced stress during a move, and I would highly recommend them.

Luisa, and João are very nice people, who work as a team. They went above, and beyond to make sure they did the job right, and they are very thorough. They did the job I asked them to do perfectly. They were very careful packing, and boxing the delicate/fragile things.

Luisa and Joao did a wonderful job organizing my daughter's room. All of the little doll clothes, craft items, jewelry, and little girl things made for a HUGE task but they got the job done!! The best part is they did such a wonderful job that my daughter has worked hard to maintain the room as it was when they left! I will have them back for future projects.

Wonderful experience with Joao and Luisa. They were personable and a pleasure to work with. They helped me clean up and organize my garage sorting wall of it into several piles, keep/discard/donate/sell. They organized and labeled all the items that I kept so now I'll be able to find what i need. They accomplished what seemed like an overwhelming project in a half day. Highly recommend!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $120 an hour for both of us ($60 an hour for each person)
All of our services include up to 30 minutes of travel time, any additional travel time is billed at
$100 an hour.
If a client needs us on regular schedule (once a week, twice a month) we can always work a discount price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen! Very important! From there we create a concrete vision of what is going to get done, and develop a plan of work.
We create a goal together and we will accomplish that goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have Psychology backgrounds with bachelor's degrees, that help us a lot in understanding a person's block to decluttering; since most of the times clutter is emotional in essence.
Knowing how to really listen and empathy is fundamental in this field.
Beyond that we have more than 20 years of experience in organization in homes, retail and offices.
