- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give the first PT session free to see if we are a good fit. I personally believe it takes more than one session to really evaluate a client. I want to understand a client's strengths and areas they need to improve. I give discounted rates on packages. $85 a session. 5% off if a client books 4 sessions. 10% If a client books up to 8 sessions. 20% If a client books 20 or more sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is a meet and greet. I go over the basics of what you understand about health and fitness. I ask my clients questions about their diet and health. I always evaluate my clients balance and functional movement. I want to understand my client's comfort zone when it comes to personal training. From this point, I proceed with my client to come up with a training regime that fits my client's needs and goals.
