Introduction: Hello! I am Holly Jones and I am an accomplished athlete, certified personal trainer, and willing to help you meet your fitness goals in a COVID19 conscious environment- whether virtual, in person, or a small group. I am COVID tested weekly. I specialize in training all age groups, and many of my clients are in the 25 – 65 years old age range. I have also taught aerobic swim for seniors. I am an accomplished collegiate athlete as well as a brown belt in jiu-jitsu, so I am confident that I can design a training program to accomplish your specific goals. My clients achieve results (look at the before and after pictures of some of my recent clients)! My training programs will sculpt your physique with an emphasis on functional movements and athletic performance routines. My coaching includes how to incorporate and maintain a healthy diet in order to reach their health goals. For my athletic clients I incorporate movement, speed and agility training, as well as soccer lessons. I have been a competitive soccer player for most of my life, I have come back from many injuries, I understand the ACL /MCL preventative training needed for a young athlete to perform at the best of their ability while maintaining healthy knees.

Holly is the bomb! I am a late 50’s former fit woman in a previous life who over the last several years have gotten a bit too round, dined out too much and then a few years ago diagnosed with RA and an AI disease that affected my flexibility and mobility and then COVID did me in! After what should have been an easy five mile walk on the beach Christmas morning my family realized just how out of shape I had become, it was a horrible moment for me, I felt much older than my 59 years and wondered how it came to this. Without my knowledge, my 25 year old son vetted a bunch of personal trainers and found one he felt really good about and I promised to give it a try - and along came Holly! Well I am not a size 8 yet ( and likely never will be again) but what I am is stronger , more confident, eager to get back in shape hopeful that I can do it! Holly knows just how much to push me - not to the point where I want to quit, but to the point that I feel I’ve done a good workout! She makes me sweat! She is super easy to work with and she knows her stuff, I do not fear an injury working with Holly, unlike some of the trainers I worked with in my previous fit life who didn’t consider age and fitness levels. She is not a one size fits all but tailors my workouts to keep it interesting and progressing. She holds me accountable but she does not put unreasonable expectations on me , and sometimes she is my therapist! I have been working with Holly 3 days a week at my condos gym. Sadly I am leaving South Florida for several months but I am excited to continue to work with Holly remotely through the summer and fall until I return in person next season! I highly recommend Holly Jones.

We are two 60 yo Covid fat women who hired Holly As a last resort because we are cheap and should be able to work out ourselves. But we couldn’t. We would but try at the first excuse we quit. I hired Holly off the Internet just going by her reviews. I also liked her price. If I’m gonna pay over a $100 then I’ll pay a therapist to find out why I’m such a lazy pig! We’ve been training Monday through Friday for the past three weeks. Although I am sore I am never unable to continue. I attribute this to Hollys ability to switch up the exercises on the fly when she sees we are struggling. I finish every workout sweating But not brutalized. This is the best money I’ve ever spent. We were thinking about going back home to New York in April but now I’m planning on staying through May to work with Holly. For us, she has been the game changer. I have been in many work out situations, I’ve tried them all. This is by far the best and Holly is without a doubt the reason. You can’t go wrong here.

I have been using Holly for approximately two years and I am so fortunate that she came into my life :-) I work out with her presently three days a week and I actually enjoy her workouts! Holly’s qualities exceed her expertise as a personal trainer...she is extremely compassionate, patient, and understanding. I highly recommend her as long as you don’t interfere with my time slots, lol

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I give the first PT session free to see if we are a good fit. I personally believe it takes more than one session to really evaluate a client. I want to understand a client's strengths and areas they need to improve. I give discounted rates on packages. $75 a session. 5% off if a client books 4 sessions. 10% If a client books up to 8 sessions. 20% If a client books 20 or more sessions.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first session is a meet and greet. I go over the basics of what you understand about health and fitness. I ask my clients questions about their diet and health. I always evaluate my clients balance and functional movement. I want to understand my client's comfort zone when it comes to personal training. From this point, I proceed with my client to come up with a training regime that fits my client's needs and goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a 4 year B.A. Degree from the University of Central Florida. I ran collegiate track and Field and played collegiate soccer. I worked for the Mizuno Sports brand running division for 7 years before having my children. I have my A.C.E. personal trainer certification I am certified in First Aid and CPR. I am a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt
