Great trainer. Very focused on my fitness and nutritional needs. Super clean private fitness gym. Always smells fresh in his studio gym. The private sessions makes it so nice to work out. Jeff is very well educated and knows his profession well. He feeds you information on fitness and nutrition all through my workout. Very refreshing to get educated during my workout. I have been to other trainers but Jeff gives me all I could ask for with my fitness needs. I can honestly say Jeff really loves his job and it shows when I work out with him.

If you’re looking to commit to yourself to get in shape then Jeff is the person to go to. Jeff is totally focused on form! He will not let you fail with form. When I decided to hire a personal trainer I went online only to be confused with some of the trainers. One person did stand out over all the rest. I went online to search the feeders sites and decided to do my search on Thumbtack. Again this one trainer stood out over all the rest. I decided to make an appointment with Jeff. After meeting with him the first time I could see he was the trainer for me. I met him at his private gym and found out it was a well equipped gym and very clean. Jeff spent with me as much time as I needed so I could grasp what it takes to get into shape. He explained to me in detail how everything works to lose weight including the nutrition part. The next day we started the first workout session and I really know I worked out when I was finished. I have been training with Jeff for about 4 weeks now and every session is not only a great workout but an educational experience. Jeff educates you every session on the process of getting into a physically fit condition. I am so happy I found Jeff. Unlike some trainers Jeff is very punctual, very professional, very good work quality, and the value is very fare. Not expensive at all. He is always responsive to my needs and always answers my texts. All of this in the cleanly environment. His gym smells like a hospital not like your normal Gym. If you’re looking for a personal trainer and do not want to do this again then Jeff is the trainer for you. Jeff is truly a real professional.

Just had my fist session with Jeff and it was amazing. He is so Professional!!!! Will leave a review in a few weeks but as of today and my first session I give him an A+++++ Beautiful Studio Gym I must also add. I have been training with Jeff for about a month now and everything is going very well. I am losing weight as predicted so I am very happy about that. He’s a very professional trainer and sticks his mind to his work. He make sure your form is correct and if it is not he stops me and makes me do it correctly. He’s always on time and his work quality is excellent. His fitness studio is very clean and all the equipment is disinfected before the next client gets on the equipment. This makes me very happy to see that he keeps his studio gym very clean. I especially like the one on one personal training in a private gym which allows me to focus on my workout in the gym and not distracted by other members because there are is no one else in the gym when I am training. If you look at the value you will see his prices are very reasonable. You actually have no membership fee in his facility and you’re just paying for the trainer and his personal training prices are not out of line with other trainers throughout the industry. When I contact Jeff through text messages he responds rather quickly. The best part about working with Jeff is he is very focused on his work so I can get to the goals I am trying to achieve. I have worked with other trainers before and without a doubt Jeff has been the best trainer I have ever used. On a scale from 1 to 10 and 10 being the best I would rate Jeff as a 10 for a personal trainer. I must also ad that Jeff dresses very professional. If you’re looking for a good personal trainer you will not go wrong using this man. Erica G.

I searched google for a personal fitness trainer and came accross Thumbtack. So after submitting my search request I came accross in my search a fitness trainer I had heard a lot of positive feedback about. That was Jeff so I decided to give him a shot. I made an appointment for his free consultation and I knew in a couple of minutes Jeff was the trainer I was looking for. We met at Jeff’s private gym. First off his gym is super clean and organized. So is Jeff! Everything is so clean and neat in Jeff’s gym. It smells so clean in his gym you may think your in a hospital. Not like normal gyms. Jeff was very punctual and on time. Jeff explains everything in detail. Not only do you get a great workout but you get an education at the same time. Jeff brain is like a computer. Throughout your workout Jeff feeds you information on health and fitness. He really is a very knowledgeable guy in his field of work. Jeff’s Nutrition package is fantastic. I love the fact his nutrition program that Jeff uses you buy all the food in the grocery store. It’s amazing how healthy you can eat with food from my grocery store. Jeff is very conscientious when he fitness trains you. He will stop you if your form is not correct. He really puts his heart in his job. Making sure you learn everything correctly. I like the fact his gym is all private personal training. There are no distractions from other clients or gym members. You were the only client in there when you’re training with Jeff. Jeff is always there to help you. Not just in the gym but after hours if you have questions he is more than willing to speak to you on the phone or text you anytime of the day up until 10 PM at night. After my workout I noticed Jeff went from machine to machine and cleaned and disinfected every piece of equipment I used. I have been to other trainers before and found them to be either overpriced, texting on their phone, uneducated, sloppy and only focusing on the payment. With Jeff I found he is more focused on the clients and their well-being. I am so glad I found Jeff. You can tell he really loves his work and loves helping people. I gave Jeff a five star rating because he’s punctual, caring, reasonably priced, professional and all I could possibly want in a professional fitness trainer. If you’re looking for a great fitness trainer that really cares and loves his job then Jeff is for you. You won’t go wrong!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1 Session is $75 hr 12 Sessions $60 hr 24 Sessions $55 hr 50 Sessions $50 hr 100 Session $45 hr 12 Sessions for 2 People in the same session $85 hr 24 Sessions for 2 People in the same session $75 hr 50 Sessions for 2 People in the same session $65 hr 100 Sessions for 2 People in the same session $55 hr Note: When 2 People Fitness Train with me at the same time in the same hour the extra person training is discounted $35 down per session from original price. Nutrition Programs are a flat rate of $95. With the Nutrition plan you will get a booklet of meal choices and 1 hour of initial consultation and instruction and then unlimited text message support for the first month. If further instruction is needed then a minor hourly fee may be assessed of $60. In all cases over 29 years giving Nutritional Instruction not one person has ever needed additional instruction.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I recommend is the free consultation so I am able to evaluate and give the client an accurate process that will get the client to there goals they are trying to achieve. After the free consultation is complete and the client engages my service then a custom nutrition program is tailored for there specific needs that fits there program. A scheduled custom workout is developed to complete the conditioning and time period allowed for the clients needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every 2 years we are required to do continuing education to maintain and increase our knowledge base of new information that is discovered through Scientific testing. This improves our knowledge base to better help our clients so they meet there fitness and health goal with ease.
