- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the work order is signed and any necessary deposit is made, we will schedule a date and time for the service to be completed. On the scheduled service day, our team will arrive at the agreed-upon time and begin the work as outlined in the work order. Throughout the process, we will communicate with the client to ensure their satisfaction and make any necessary adjustments as needed. After the service is completed, we will do a final walk-through with the client to ensure everything has been completed to their satisfaction. If there are any concerns or issues, we will address them promptly to ensure the client is happy with the final result. Once the job is completed and the client is satisfied, final payment will be due. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, check, and credit card. We will provide a detailed invoice outlining the services provided and the final cost. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and high-quality work to our clients. We strive to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, ensuring that our clients are happy with the end result. We value clear communication and transparency throughout the entire process to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The training included understanding the chemistry behind the cleaning agents, recognizing the different types of surfaces and materials, and learning how to adjust the concentration of the cleaning solution based on the surface material. This ensures the cleaning process is effective without causing any damage. I was also trained in the safe handling, storage, and disposal of these chemicals to ensure safety and compliance with environmental regulations. Furthermore, I learned how to operate and maintain the soft washing equipment properly. This comprehensive training has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver professional and safe soft washing services.
