I had the soffits around the roof of my house repaired, and I’m very pleased with the work. The entire project was handled professionally, and the finished job looks excellent.

We found Solace roofing on Thumbtack and requested a quote. David (the owner of Solace Roofing) responded and met with us to review our roofing needs. After completing a comprehensive inspection of our roof he prepared quotes for a shingle and metal roof. Along with his quotes he gave us detailed explanations along with many samples of the materials for the shingle and metal roofs they install. We entertained quotes from several other roofers that were competitive with Solace but once we determined what we wanted and needed Solace provided us with the best options. Once we made the decision to move forward with Solace it became very apparent to us each day we worked through the process we made the right decision. If we had questions or became unsure of anything along the way (like when we were unsure of the material we chose days before the install) David was there to listen to our concerns, review the materials or offer alternatives and wanted us to be sure we were getting what we wanted and expected. He was always readily available by phone and would even come over and personally meet with us if requested. Once the project was underway the introduction of the office staff of Ixchel and Amy was seamless. They were prompt, courteous and responsive to our concerns and needs, we were always treated as a top priority. In addition, Solace provided a connection to financing that was competitive and fit our budget and needs. Once approved for financing, Solace was ready to go and kept us informed the whole time. The crew was courteous, knowledgeable and completed the roof within a few days. David was on site each day to assure there were no issues and to answer any questions. They even suggested a handyman who was reasonable and completed a side project for us as well. All in all Solace Roofing went beyond our expectations and made sure we obtained the product that best suited our needs and that we were happy with our new metal roof. If you are looking for a shingle or metal roof, we highly recommend Solace for all of your roofing needs.
