We are new here but not new to the South Florida fumigation and pest control industry. Formed in 2019 by owners with large pest control corporate backgrounds, we are locally owned and operated, and one of the few companies that actually performs the fumigation work rather than subcontract it, in fact we are the company that often gets subcontracted. We use several termite fume company's and US FUME out shines them all. Other companies find reasons to not do the fume (no electricity, no water, crane did not show up, roof to steep, on and on) the day it is scheduled to go up but US FUME always finds a way to get the job done. We use them for 97% of our fume jobs we sell. Best fume company by far.

Ive been using US fumigation now for a few years, I manage a lot of homes from Port Saint Lucie to all the way near Broward county, Ive used many fumigators and HANDS DOWN he has been the best, he has a beautiful heart and a great soul, Chester always goes out of his way to make his customers happy, working late and even working Sundays. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is individualized and based on a few factors. For fumigation work, the price is based on the volume of the structure and how much gas is needed. For termite control, the price is based on the linear footage around the property and for pest / rodent remediation it is based on the property size and level of pest activity. Initial inspections to provide estimates are free, and real estate inspections are based on property size.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We basically take the client details and the nature of the problem. The we discuss what to expect and set up an onsite inspection if needed. After that once the job is confirmed, we set an appointment to perform the required service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The staff employed at US Fume including the owners, have a combined industry experience of nearly 100 years. We have 3 qualified state certified license holders for all areas of pest control, along with fumigation specialists. To receive out credentials requires 3 years in the industry per category along with a qualifying state exam. Each year we are tested through one of the many CEU programs in the industry.
