Wade and his team were life savers. I was abroad when we needed emergency repairs with a shower pan. Wade was there that day, helped me find tiles to repair at a great price and had the job done in two days. The whole time he professionally handled my annoyed rentor. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the type of loss, after an evaluation, we start almost immediately. Water damage is serious and needs to be addressed immediately. Mold can start to grow in as little as 24-48 hours if the water is not properly mitigated.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
