Ms. Leonhardt was my college counselor in high school from 2016 to 2020. She is extremely professional, responsive, empathizing, and encouraging. She is an action taker and communicates effectively and proactively. During my application process, she constantly reached out to admission officers of the universities that I was applying to, from the University of Pennsylvania to Northwestern. After I was waitlisted by several top universities such as UChicago and Stern NYU, Ms. Leonhardt patiently communicated with me, empathized with my situation, and strategized with me on my next steps. I was admitted off the waitlist of UChicago in 2020 and am currently a second-year student at the college. I owe my success to Ms. Leonhardt's continuous and hands-on support, from picking colleges to essay reviewing to interview prep to scholarship opportunities to building relationships with admission reps. She is truly exceptional and extremely sweet and caring!

I have known Cheryl for 7 years, and in that time I have found her to be a fantastic strategic partner for my children's college preparation. She is a salt of the earth individual who cares deeply about the outcomes of every student she leads. I have found her to be energetic, extremely knowledgeable, passionate, caring, and communicative. I would suggest to anyone searching for a shepherd in the quest for the correct college, to stop searching....as you have found you person. Cheryl is by far the best I have ever worked with, seen, or heard about. How do I know this? By the time I called Cheryl and asked for help, I was completely overwhelmed by the complexity of the college application process. In our first meeting, Cheryl detailed all of the requirements, established a way ahead, and assured me that she would be there every step of the way. The decades of knowledge, and more importantly, the personal relationships with admissions departments across the country was an invaluable resource. When we began, my daughter was undecided on where and what type of school she wanted to attend. Based on my daughters interests, wants, and needs, Cheryl was able to narrow down a list of schools that would offer the best opportunity for success. She then guided my daughter and I through completion of the common app, provided input to her essay, and walked us through the SSAR process. Cheryl put our minds at ease during what was a very stressful time, and no question we had ever went unanswered. Cheryl Leonhardt was my college counselor at Tampa Prep. I was originally assigned to a different counselor, but switched as everyone raved about her. Ms. Leonhardt fully utilized all of her connections to best benefit me and my application statuses. She was always super helpful and responsive, and did everything for me in a timely manner as the college application process can be stressful. Overall, a great counselor and a wonderful woman - I would fully recommend her in any position.

My goal is to help students. Pricing is designed to be affordable and want families to see a definite return on their investment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to connect virtually to see exactly what the student and families goals are before I take them on as a client. I typically know exactly what outcome I can bring and will not allow families to spend money unnecessarily. Therefore there is no charge for the initial consult.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree as well as 2 Master's degrees. I have over 25 years of college counseling experience, have visited hundreds of schools, sit on multiple college admissions boards, have a very strong network of college admissions contacts, and am relentless when it comes to my advocacy for students. I also have worked part-time for 20 years in college advising giving me insight into a students first year experience.
