- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to help students. Pricing is designed to be affordable and want families to see a definite return on their investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to connect virtually to see exactly what the student and families goals are before I take them on as a client. I typically know exactly what outcome I can bring and will not allow families to spend money unnecessarily. Therefore there is no charge for the initial consult.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree as well as 2 Master's degrees. I have over 25 years of college counseling experience, have visited hundreds of schools, sit on multiple college admissions boards, have a very strong network of college admissions contacts, and am relentless when it comes to my advocacy for students. I also have worked part-time for 20 years in college advising giving me insight into a students first year experience.
