Millertime is a perfect name for this business, because when it's Millertime, you can relax and enjoy peace of mind. Bob Miller was quick to respond, extremely personable, and highly professional. His inspection was thorough and organized. I received the 90- page report the same day as the inspection, complete with pictures and explanations of any findings. As a veteran using my VA Home Loan, I needed additional forms that Bob already had on hand and was highly adept at completing. The price for the 4-point inspection was extremely fair and competitive, and provided far more value than I expected. If you're buying a home, do it with Millertime!
