Bob Miller went above and beyond for my inspection. He checked the house from top to bottom. Although my house passed with flying colors he pointed out several small fixes that would put my house above par should I decide to sell. He followed up with a lengthy report with photos. I highly recommend Millertime Home Inspections.

Bob was fantastic! He had already finished the full inspection by the time we arrived, but still took the time to walk us through everything in detail. He showed us each area of concern, explained what he’d noted, and answered all of our questions with patience and clarity. On top of being extremely knowledgeable and professional, he’s also genuinely funny, which made the whole process much more comfortable and enjoyable. We’d highly recommend Bob to anyone looking for a thorough, trustworthy, and personable inspector!

I am very happy with the inspection provided! All questions I had were answered and he explained the things I was fuzzy on in a way that were perfectly clear to me - a non-handy person. He is on the top of my list if I ever need services that he provides! Since I can only highlight 3 things on the evaluation, I must also say that he was right on time and I am more than happy with the quality of his work.
