These guys were awesome! Bret, and Jeff worked tirelessly repairing roof damage from Hurricane Milton. Bob saw potential termite damage, and went above and beyond in inspecting my attic for intrusion. I was kept abreast throughout the entire process, and most importantly, given an extremely fair and reasonable price. I will definitely use their services for future projects.

The team at Millertime served as inspectors for the home we just sold in Brandon. They were incredibly thorough with their approach, and also ensured everyone (Seller and buyer) was aware of areas to be mindful of. We happened to be home at the start of the inspection, and were impressed with their probing questions to better understand where/when work was done on the home.Inspections can be stressful for sellers but I felt Millertime was fair with everything stated. If you're in need of an inspector in the Hillsborough County area, give them a look!
