It was a pleasure having Millertime do my wind mitigation inspection. He was efficient and thorough and even informed me of an issue he saw outside of the preview of his inspection that might be affecting our comfort in the home. Their work was top notch and will gladly use them again.

Bob was fantastic! He had already finished the full inspection by the time we arrived, but still took the time to walk us through everything in detail. He showed us each area of concern, explained what he’d noted, and answered all of our questions with patience and clarity. On top of being extremely knowledgeable and professional, he’s also genuinely funny, which made the whole process much more comfortable and enjoyable. We’d highly recommend Bob to anyone looking for a thorough, trustworthy, and personable inspector!

I am very happy with the inspection provided! All questions I had were answered and he explained the things I was fuzzy on in a way that were perfectly clear to me - a non-handy person. He is on the top of my list if I ever need services that he provides! Since I can only highlight 3 things on the evaluation, I must also say that he was right on time and I am more than happy with the quality of his work.
