Bob Miller went above and beyond for my inspection. He checked the house from top to bottom. Although my house passed with flying colors he pointed out several small fixes that would put my house above par should I decide to sell. He followed up with a lengthy report with photos. I highly recommend Millertime Home Inspections.

Bob was fantastic! He had already finished the full inspection by the time we arrived, but still took the time to walk us through everything in detail. He showed us each area of concern, explained what he’d noted, and answered all of our questions with patience and clarity. On top of being extremely knowledgeable and professional, he’s also genuinely funny, which made the whole process much more comfortable and enjoyable.
