My life coaching practice is for adults who are making changes in their life. I specialize in helping people who are facing significant life chanllenges as well as those feeling that things are "fine" but want to be more than just okay. Our sessions are seriously productive, yet also enjoyable. We start from wherever you are right now and together determine where you want to go. In addition to our in-session conversations, I give you written exercises to uncover your values and set your personal goals. My years of training and experience as a therapist combine uniqely with my positivity approach as a life coach.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the purposes of people who respond via Thumbtack, I have reduced my pricing. If you check my website, you will see that an individual session is $175. For Thumbtack, prices are between $125 and $150/session for individuals. Additionally, packages are available for pre-purchase of 3 sessions or more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by working with people to uncover their values. Often the necessities of life (earning a living, raising a family, etc.) entail putting the needs of others ahead of your own. Sometimes you even lose track of what's personally important to you. After discovering your values, we go on to setting personal goals for where you would like to go. I use a step by step process to help you get from setting your goals to achieving them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS, a batchelor degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois. MSW, A master's degree in Social Work from Tulane University. DSW, A doctoral degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. CPC, A certification from GROW Training Institute in California. Continuous training in therapeutic approaches and coaching techniques.
