I dealt with Calvin during the quote process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Every step was well documented to make sure there were no misunderstandings. He was always accessible and returned allophone calls promptly. Our movers called the morning of the move to say they were on the way and even sent a link so that I could track their progress. Camron and Andre arrived on time and immediately went to work. They worked non stop for over 3 hours and took great care to make sure the furniture was not damaged. They were amenable to every request. The delivery process was very smooth. They were patient and pleasant as we directed the furniture placement. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend them to anyone making a local move since that was my experience with them.

Advised when they were on their way. Upon arrival, assessed what was being moved and immediately got to work. They advised when furniture was delivered to assigned destination. Very pleased, would definitely used them again. Great job!

I was in a real jam and needed some furniture moved out of the garage of my home that is currently under construction. The furniture was in the contractors way and I needed to move it asap to a storage unit. I live out of town and had noone to help. I contacted Veterans and Kelvin was so professional and made a stressful situation turn into an easy task. Kelvin was able to accommodate me immediately, understood my situation and was able to have my furniture moved the same afternoon at a reasonable price even under the last minute dilemma I was in. Ty, one of the movers, kept in communication with me throughout the move, and Kelvin was also super organized during the whole process from beginning to end. Ty was very professional and sent pictures to my phone of the furniture I asked to have moved and then again after it was safe and secure in the storage unit. I even received a text with their location on a map to my phone so I could see when they arrived at the house and when they dropped off my furniture. If you want a reliable, professional, responsive, honest company taking care of your moving needs, then go with Veterans. They clearly care about their company and about growing their business by providing excellent customer service. I will definitely not look any further for a moving company when the house is completed and I need to move my furniture back!
