My rates are straightforward with no hidden fees. Pricing is based on the scope of work and time required, and I offer flexible packages to fit your needs. Discounts are available for ongoing or long-term projects, and I’m happy to provide a custom quote after learning more about your specific tasks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start with a brief consultation to understand your priorities, tasks, and goals. From there, I outline how I can best support you and suggest an hourly or package plan that fits your needs. I usually begin with a small set of tasks so you can see how I work—clear communication, regular updates, and reliable follow-through are always part of my process. Once you’re comfortable, we can expand into ongoing support or larger projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Communications, which has given me a strong foundation in organization, leadership, and effective communication. Along with my education, I bring over 25 years of experience in customer service and administration, including 12 years in management. I’ve also trained in HR processes, project management, and business operations, and I’m highly skilled in today’s productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
