Manny was great. He made amazing ribs and chicken on the bbq. We had a party outside and came early to set up in the kitchen and use the bbq. His attitude was awesome. He food was great and all my guest thoroughly enjoyed out dinner. Thanks!

Chef Manny, was amazing! I appreciate your professionalism and attention to detail. You brought my vision to fruition. My guests enjoyed all of the food!!! The Brie bites and pomegranate meatballs went like lightning! I wish I had more. The cheesecake was delicious everyone loved it. Thank you for being the perfect chef. Travel Fees outside of a 10 mile radius. $50 fee applied. 35 miles maximum from Ruskin Florida.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the customers allergies, wants, dislikes and menu collaboration.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a retired Military culinary specialist of 8 years, and I am also serve safe certified. Having attended multiple advanced culinary courses over the last 5 years since retiring.
