Introduction: My work stands out because when you see my photos, you know that passion was a key component of what made that photo beautiful. My vision, the execution, and final product differ aesthetically from other photographers in my field. And I believe that when you look at my work, you will see beauty in some form. What I love most about my job is that it pushes me. Photography is a dynamic profession. It never stays the same. You constantly have to push boundaries, think outside the box, tear up the box, build your own box just so you can tear it up a few weeks later. Being a photographer means always growing and meeting people who range from being just like me to complete opposite of me; which I'm in favor of. So I guess what I like most about my job is that it's my job. :)

Ms. Phillips did my husband and I's engagement photos, and we absolutely love them! They are by far my favorite photos of the two of us,( which is saying a lot, because I'm just one of those people who has an endless plethora of photos of us together) She really captured those beautiful genuine little moments in a way that each photo oozed with romance and our love and joy. When we saw how they turned out we felt like people on the cover of romance novels, haha just little old us. She was very comfortable to work with (having a camera snapping intimate moments can seem so awkward at times with some people lol) She was a creative polite fly on the wall, who gave us a beautiful album that always brings back the butterfly's in our bellies :)

Hilary took my Senior pictures for me this year, and I can honestly say I couldn't be more happy with them! She was a truly wonderful person to work with. She's funny and simply a joy to be around. The pictures also came out beautifully. I still haven't ceased to receive compliments on them although it's been several months since they were taken. I don't believe the experience could have been better. I would be pleased to use her services again in the future.

Hilary did a family Christmas card photo shoot for us. The variety of poses she suggested, combined with the quality of each picture made for a fantastic final product. We liked so many of them that it made choosing just a couple for our card difficult! :) Hilary was warm, fun to work with, and very professional. I recommend her highly.

I got my senior photos done with Hilary and it took like 4 hours I think (because we are friends. We even went out to get milkshakes). I was impressed with the way she made me feel comfortable and natural when we took the photos. I didn't feel posed. She was able to capture my personality in the photos. I am a photographer so I am not used to being in front of the camera but she made it very natural to me. I am very satisfied with my experience overall. I would highly recommend this professional service to people. I cannot think of anything that I would change. I was so happy with the outcome and experience.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently did a Father and Son Portrait session. It was done in a photojournalistic manner. I didn't really pose them or try to do what I wanted. I let them interact and the products of that attitude and artistic vision warm my heart and my clients.
